1. Introduction
Cloud Content LLC (“Cloud Content,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a technology company registered in the State of Indiana, United States, with its principal place of business at 9111 E McGregor Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46259. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when we operate our software, tools, and services, including data we access through the advertising and marketing platform APIs we integrate with.
By using our website or services, or by authorizing us to access your advertising accounts, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of information:
- Contact information. Name, business name, email address, and phone number provided when you contact us or engage our services.
- Advertising platform data. When a client authorizes us, we access advertising account data through platform APIs (including the TikTok Marketing API, Meta Marketing API, and AppLovin). This may include campaign settings, ad performance metrics, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and aggregated audience and reporting data.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected automatically when you visit our website.
We do not collect or request sensitive personal information, and we do not sell personal information.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect only for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- Create, manage, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns on behalf of clients who have authorized us;
- Build internal dashboards, analytics, and automated reporting from data we are authorized to access;
- Communicate with clients about their accounts and our services;
- Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our systems;
- Comply with legal obligations and the terms of the platforms we integrate with.
4. Platform API Data and Authorization
We access third-party advertising platform data only after the account owner has granted explicit authorization through the platform’s official authentication flow (for example, TikTok’s OAuth authorization). We use this access strictly to provide the services requested by that client.
Our use of information received from platform APIs adheres to each platform’s developer terms and policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms and TikTok Marketing API usage requirements. We do not use platform data for any purpose other than delivering our services to the authorizing client, and we never transfer platform data to data brokers or use it for unrelated advertising.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vetted infrastructure and software vendors (such as cloud hosting and analytics providers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cloud Content, our clients, or others.
- With the client. Reporting and data derived from a client’s own authorized accounts is shared with that client.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and regular review of our security practices. While no system can be guaranteed fully secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information in our care.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain platform and personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. When a client ends their engagement, or upon a verified request, we delete or de-identify the associated platform data within a reasonable period. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing cloud@cloudcontentllc.com.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent for platform access at any time through the platform’s settings or by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
