Data & API Usage

Cloud Content LLC integrates with advertising platform APIs to manage and report on campaigns for the brands we work with. This page describes, in plain terms, which APIs we use, what data we access, why we access it, and how we protect it. It is intended to give both our clients and the platforms we integrate with full transparency into our data practices.

• TikTok Marketing API — campaign creation, management, optimization, and performance reporting for authorized advertiser accounts.
• Meta Marketing API — campaign management and reporting across Facebook and Instagram placements.
• AppLovin — campaign management and performance reporting for mobile advertising.

Through these APIs, and only for accounts that have explicitly authorized us, we access:

• Advertising account and campaign structure (campaigns, ad groups, ads, and settings);
• Performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost metrics;
• Aggregated reporting and audience insights provided by the platform;
• Creative assets and metadata associated with the campaigns we manage.

We request the minimum access necessary to deliver our services. We do not access data unrelated to advertising operations, and we do not attempt to identify individual end users from platform data.

Access to this data enables us to:

• Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on behalf of authorized clients;
• Produce consolidated, accurate performance reporting through our internal dashboards;
• Automate routine reporting and monitoring so our team can focus on strategy.

We only connect to an advertising account after its owner grants access through the platform’s official OAuth authorization flow. Clients can review the permissions requested at the time of authorization and can revoke our access at any time directly through the platform’s settings, which immediately ends our ability to access their data.

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure;
• Access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
• We use platform data solely to provide services to the authorizing client;
• We never sell platform data or share it with data brokers or unauthorized third parties.

We retain platform data only for as long as needed to provide our services or to meet legal obligations. When an engagement ends or upon a verified request, we delete or de-identify the associated data. To request deletion, email cloud@cloudcontentllc.com.
